Job Description
Assistant Project Manager - Healthcare Construction
Support Project Managers in the execution of large-scale occupied healthcare, laboratory, life science, and institutional projects.
Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, meeting minutes, and project documentation.
Assist with project budgeting, forecasting, scheduling, and cost tracking.
Coordinate procurement activities, subcontractors, vendors, and project stakeholders.
Maintain clear communication with owners, consultants, and project teams.
Monitor project progress and help ensure schedule, budget, and quality objectives are achieved.
Utilise Procore and related construction management software to support project delivery.
Collaborate closely with Project Managers, Project Executives, and senior leadership on active projects.
Support projects located throughout Greater Boston and Central/Southern New Hampshire.

A successful Assistant Project Manager - Healthcare Construction should have:
2 to 5+ years of construction experience in an Assistant Project Manager or similar project support role.
Experience working on occupied construction projects.
Background in one or more of the following sectors:
Healthcare
Hospitals
Life Science
Laboratory
Pharmaceutical
Higher Education
Public Facilities
Institutional Construction
Strong organisational, communication, and coordination skills.
Ability to commute to Boston-area project sites.
