Assist with the management of assigned trades from preconstruction through project completion. Support quantity take-offs, bid package preparation, procurement, and buyout activities. Monitor project schedules, costs, change management processes, and subcontractor performance. Coordinate RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation. Maintain relationships with subcontractors, consultants, and project stakeholders.
