Are you an experienced DSP (Minimum 1 year of experience) who's looking to grow your career? Are you an ARM who's looking make a change? The Arc Columbia-Saratoga is looking for ARM candidates who work with their team to bring positive energy to their work and help create amazing opportunities for the people we support in Saratoga County. Our ARMs are the glue that holds everything together.

It's almost county fair season. SPAC concerts season has begun. Are you a great planner? The people we support want to go out and have fun this summer! Are you a good trainer, helping employees grow into great DSPs? You work side by side on shift with our DSP's. Are you great at building relationships with staff? This really helps when you're working with your manager on making sure all shifts are filled. This position also has on-call responsibilities in the team rotation.

You need:

  • 1 year of experience working with people with developmental disabilities, preferable in OPWDD services
