Assistant SuperintendentAssist the Superintendent with daily field operations on active commercial construction projects. Coordinate subcontractors, deliveries, and site logistics to maintain project schedules. Monitor safety compliance and promote a proactive safety culture across the jobsite. Perform quality inspections and help resolve construction issues in the field.
