Salary: $85,000-100,000 a year, full benefits, Bonus, 401k, PTO, Holiday, etc.

Job Description:
Schedule, coordinate and supervise trades on site, and ensure their compliance with plans, specs, and safety requirements. Works hand in hand with the Project Team to complete an on time, on budget project, with a satisfied client.

• Experience with Construction Documentation - Change Orders, RFIs, Submittals, Schedule, Daily/Weekly Logs, etc.
• The Assistant Superintendent will be responsible for participating in daily and weekly progress meetings.
• The Assistant Superintendent will be responsible for the overall project quality, this includes monitoring and
  implementation of punch list, non-conforming work lists, and observations.
• Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate and manage well at all levels of the organization and with subcontractors, design partners and inspectors.
• Strong problem solving and the ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions based on accurate and timely analyses.
• High level of dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation.
• Extremely organized and must be able to keep accurate records and reports.
• Proficient with Computers and has experience using the Procore Project Management tools.
