We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate individual to join our team as an Assistant Teacher. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in education and experience working with individuals with special needs.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and implementation of individualized education plans (IEPs) for patients
• Provide direct support to patients in the classroom and during therapeutic activities
• Collaborate with the teaching team to ensure a comprehensive and supportive learning environment
• Maintain accurate records and reports as required
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Special Education or related field
• Experience working with individuals with special needs
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
