The team manages the myHR portal which serves as a self-service associate platform for HR information such as benefits, payroll, HR policies, other HR programs, and questions. The group is responsible for delivering results that improve the associates' experience and efficiency while enabling the HR department to focus on advancing the firm’s strategic initiatives.
Role Summary
The successful candidate will be a service-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, effectively managing competing priorities, multiple deadlines, and evolving business needs. As a member of our Tier 2 Benefits Services team, you will play an important role in supporting the leave experience for associates across the U.S. and Canada.
This role supports day-to-day leave administration by responding to associate inquiries, completing established processes, maintaining accurate records, and helping resolve routine benefits and leave issues. Working within standardized procedures and established parameters, you will collaborate closely with the Benefits Analyst (Leave Administration), other team members, internal partners, and external vendors, escalating more complex questions when appropriate.
The Associate Analyst (Leave Administration) will contribute to several high-impact initiatives, including implementation of a new third-party leave administrator, Maryland Paid Family Leave readiness, and development of the Global Leave Hub, a centralized resource for consistent leave information and processes across regions. The role will also support benefits projects, reporting, communications, technology enhancements, and process improvements that strengthen operational excellence and service delivery.
Success in this role requires attention to detail, adaptability, accountability, and collaboration. You will be responsible for the quality and timeliness of your work, regularly verifying that deliverables meet team objectives and seeking guidance on new or more complex assignments. Clear, timely, and professional communication will be essential when supporting associates and working with partners across Human Resources, Associate Relations, Payroll, and external service providers.
