What You Will Do
Advise clients on asset-based financing transactions, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Draft and negotiate complex financing agreements and related documentation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to structure innovative financial solutions tailored to client needs.
Conduct thorough due diligence and risk assessments for asset-based transactions.
Maintain and develop client relationships through proactive communication and exceptional service.
Stay updated on industry trends and changes in financial regulations to provide informed legal advice.
Participate in business development initiatives to expand the firm's asset-based finance practice.
Ideal Candidate Background
2–6 years of experience in finance law, specifically asset-based finance.
Proven track record of drafting and negotiating financing agreements.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess complex legal and financial issues.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction and teamwork.
Preferred
Experience in a law firm with a focus on finance or corporate law.
Familiarity with financial markets and asset-based lending practices.
Participation in business development or client engagement activities.
Compensation and Benefits
The base salary for this role ranges from $225K to $365K, commensurate with experience. The firm offers a competitive benefits package designed to support the well-being and professional growth of its employees.
