What You Will Do

• Advise clients on asset-based financing transactions, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Draft and negotiate complex financing agreements and related documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to structure innovative financial solutions tailored to client needs.
• Conduct thorough due diligence and risk assessments for asset-based transactions.
• Maintain and develop client relationships through proactive communication and exceptional service.
• Stay updated on industry trends and changes in financial regulations to provide informed legal advice.
• Participate in business development initiatives to expand the firm's asset-based finance practice.

Ideal Candidate Background

• 2–6 years of experience in finance law, specifically asset-based finance.
• Proven track record of drafting and negotiating financing agreements.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess complex legal and financial issues.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction and teamwork.

Preferred

• Experience in a law firm with a focus on finance or corporate law.
• Familiarity with financial markets and asset-based lending practices.

Compensation and Benefits
