Associate Attorney

Job DescriptionWe are seeking a recent law graduate or early-career attorney who is passionate about family law and driven to make a meaningful impact. This is a unique opportunity to develop deep expertise in high-conflict cases, working directly with a team that understands the psychological dynamics at play in emotionally abusive relationships.ResponsibilitiesSupporting senior attorneys with case preparation, legal research, and drafting.Assisting with client intake, strategy meetings, and ongoing client communication.Preparing pleadings, motions, declarations, and discovery.Observing and participating in court hearings, depositions, and mediations.Learning to work collaboratively with DV advocates, therapists, and expert witnesses.QualificationsJ.D. from an accredited law school (Bar passage not required but must be pending or expected soon).Demonstrated interest in family law, mental health, or trauma‑informed advocacy.Strong legal writing and research skills.Emotional resilience and maturity in dealing with high-conflict or sensitive subject matter.Compassionate, clear communicator with excellent attention to detail.#J-18808-Ljbffr
