We're seeking an Associate Attorney to join our Foreclosure team. In this role, you'll manage a variety of foreclosure cases, including contested matters, and act as a key legal contact for our clients throughout the process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and approve foreclosure pleadings.
- Handle both uncontested and contested foreclosure cases from start to finish.
- Represent clients in mediations, depositions, and both virtual and in-person hearings.
- Provide regular updates and communicate effectively with clients.
- Assist with special projects and other legal duties as needed.
What You Need to Bring:
- Juris Doctor (JD) and active membership in good standing with the New Jersey Bar.
- Prior experience with foreclosure pleadings and case management.
- Ability to manage a high-volume caseload efficiently.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, especially in client interactions.
- A detail-oriented and organized approach to work.
- Commitment to meeting deadlines and providing excellent client service.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with contested foreclosures, hearings, and mediations.
- Familiarity with client platforms and legal case management systems.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset and strong organizational skills.
