Associate Collections Specialist

You deserve a job you loveVolt is currently hiring for a Collections Specialistin Simi Valley CAJoin a growing team in a fast-paced goal-oriented environment where your attention to detail customer service skills and ability to build strong client relationships will directly contribute to the success of the organization.Key Responsibilities Perform collections calls and written correspondence to recover outstanding balances and reduce delinquent accounts. Provide exceptional customer service while resolving receivable issues payment discrepancies and account disputes. Negotiate payment arrangements and resolutions that support company objectives and customer relationships. Monitor and maintain assigned accounts including account reviews notices and legal filing documentation as needed. Maintain accurate account records collection notes and submit scheduled reports to management. Partner with Sales and Management teams to accelerate collections on delinquent accounts. Communicate proactively with internal stakeholders regarding customer account status and collection activities. Build and maintain positive working relationships with customers sales personnel and other internal departments. Ensure compliance with company policies and collection procedures.Qualifications Previous collections accounts receivable customer service or related experience preferred. Strong communication negotiation and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficient with Microsoft Office and computerized accounting or ERP systems. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
