Job Summary
The Associate Dean of Undergraduate Nursing Programs serves as a member of the School of Nursing leadership team. Reporting to the Dean, and working in close collaboration with the Associate Dean of Nursing Programs and the Associate Dean of the School of Nursing and Health Sciences, this position provides leadership and oversight for the development, implementation, and evaluation of innovative, high-quality undergraduate academic programs within the School of Nursing.
The Associate Dean of Undergraduate Nursing Programs supports the advancement of academic excellence by guiding faculty and professional staff in the development of initiatives and academic activities that promote student success, support the achievement of expected program outcomes, and align with the Endicott College mission of providing meaningful experiential learning opportunities. An academic appointment, if applicable, will be determined separately in accordance with the College's academic appointment process.

Ensure a high-quality undergraduate curriculum with exceptional program outcomes, supported by meaningful, innovative, and experiential teaching strategies that align with the mission of the School of Nursing and the College.

Ensure a positive and supportive student experience through direct oversight of student issues across all undergraduate nursing programs.

Provide leadership and oversight for simulation centers and laboratories, clinical education, and internship experiences within the undergraduate nursing programs.
Collaborate with the Director of Simulation and Labs and the Director of the Clinical Placement Office to ensure that:

Support School of Nursing operations, student advising, recruitment, and professional engagement through service to the school, college, and broader community.
Supports the Academic Coordinator with the Course of Study and oversees student registration and scheduling concerns.

Assist the SON in successful program-level and institutional-level accreditation activities with all accreditation and oversight boards.

In compliance with Massachusetts pay transparency law, the annual base salary range for this position is $125,000-$165,000 Endicott College considers factors such as (but not limited to) the scope and responsibilities of the position, relevant work experience, education, specialized skills, internal equity, and external market data when extending an offer. The final salary is determined by the Human Resources Office based on these factors. This range reflects base salary only and does not include benefits or other compensation.
