Associate Dentist

About the Role: 
Dynamic Dental Wellness in Ashburn, VA is looking for a passionate and skilled Associate Dentist to join our growing team! This is an exciting opportunity to deliver exceptional patient care in a modern, supportive dental environment where your clinical expertise and patient relationships truly matter. 

 
Responsibilities: 

• Perform comprehensive dental exams, diagnoses, and treatment planning for a diverse patient base
• Provide a wide range of general dentistry services including restorations, extractions, and preventive care
• Deliver patient education on oral hygiene, treatment options, and long-term dental wellness
• Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to ensure seamless patient experiences
• Maintain accurate and thorough patient records and clinical documentation
• Uphold strict infection control and OSHA compliance standards
• Contribute to a positive, team-oriented practice culture focused on patient satisfaction

Requirements:
 

• Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited program
• Active Virginia dental license or eligibility to obtain one
• Strong clinical skills across general and restorative dentistry procedures
• Excellent chairside manner with the ability to build trust and rapport with patients
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment
• Experience with dental practice management software is a plus
