Proven experience partnering with senior Finance leaders as a strategic HR advisorsomeone who understands how people decisions impact financial performance and can confidently influence at the executive level.
Strong global talent and organizational capability, including succession planning, executive talent development, and navigating complex, matrixed organizations across multiple regions.

You will be the strategic architect for the people strategy within our Global Finance organization. Based at our World Headquarters, you will serve as the primary HR partner to Global Finance Executives. You will drive organizational effectiveness, succession and key role planning, executive talent movement, and culture transformationleveraging people analytics and strong crossfunctional partnership with HR Centers of Excellence and regional HR teams cross 20%2B countries. This role is a highly visible development opportunity, providing broad enterprise exposure as you help position Finance not only as a support pillar, but as an engine for company performance and growth.

Executive Strategic Leadership Develop and implement Global HR strategies aligned with s financial and longterm growth goals. Act as a trusted advisor to Finance Leadership on organizational design, assessing structures regularly to ensure the Global Finance team is efficient, and properly resourced.
Global Talent Architect Identify and develop the next generation of finance leaders. Proactively leads the movement of highpotential talent across global zones and functions. Leads the OPR (Organization & People Review) process for the global finance client group, ensuring robust succession plans for businesskey roles.
Strategic Recruitment & Capability Building Partner with Finance Executives to identify the specific capabilities (e.g., Controllership, FP&A, Tax, Treasury) needed to achieve global priorities. Oversee executivelevel recruitment and ensure a high bar for technical and leadership excellence.
Drive Culture & Meritocracy Champion the  culture of Ownership and Meritocracy. Lead key cultural accelerators including Management By Objectives (MBOs), Continuous Improvement, and DEI initiatives to ensure the finance organization remains a top destination for diverse talent.
Performance & Budget Management Drive a highperformance culture through quarterly development discussions and rigorous feedback loops. Manage the global finance people budget, leading organizational redesign decisions and process mapping to drive cost efficiencies (ZBB) while improving value.
DataDriven Insights Leverage HR analytics to provide Finance leaders with sophisticated insights into workforce trends, turnover, and engagement, translating complex data into actionable people strategies.
Change Strategy & Employee Relations Serve as the primary pointofcontact for executive employee concerns, fostering an environment of open communication. Lead change management for global transformations, ensuring the organization remains agile and resilient.

The Experience: I have a minimum of 10 years of HR experience with a proven track record in Talent Management, Change Management, and Org Design. Experience supporting a Finance function or working within a global matrixed environment is highly preferred.
The Mindset: I have strong business acumen and the ability to "speak the language" of Finance. I am comfortable challenging and influencing senior executives to drive strategic priorities.
The Skillset: I possess broad generalist HR skills with experience assessing and designing complex organizational structures. I can engage, inspire, and coach leaders at the highest levels of the organization.
