Associate Recruiter - Manufacturing & Quality
Lilly's Manufacturing & Quality organization is one of the fastest-growing functions in the company - and this role sits at the center of that growth. As an Associate Recruiter supporting M&Q, you won't just be filling roles. Actual compensation will depend on a candidate's education, experience, skills, and geographic location. The anticipated wage for this position is
$58,500 - $137,500
Full-time equivalent employees also will be eligible for a company bonus (depending, in part, on company and individual performance).
