Role Description The Associate Sales Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in Tampa, FL, focused on selling health insurance and related products from leading carriers. In this position, the representative will contact and follow up with company-provided leads, conduct needs-based consultations, present suitable plan options, and guide customers through the application and enrollment process. Daily responsibilities include maintaining accurate records in the CRM, managing a personal sales pipeline, meeting or exceeding sales targets, and providing ongoing service to clients to support retention and growth of a book of business. The role also involves collaborating with colleagues and leadership, participating in training sessions, staying current on carrier offerings and industry regulations, and contributing to a professional, ethical, and customer-centric office culture.
