Associate Veterinarian

A family-run private veterinary hospital in Little Rock, Arkansas is looking to welcome a licensed DVM to its established and supportive team.

No requirement to see patients after regular hospital hours


Schedule

The practice is currently seeking a licensed DVM for a full-time position, working approximately 40 hours per week.

Primarily weekday daytime hours
Midweek shifts generally around 7:30am5:30pm
Rotating Saturday coverage required
Saturday hours generally 8:00am12:00pm
Weekend responsibility is limited to checking on hospitalized animals when owners are out of town
No emergency calls or after-hours patient appointments

Compensation & Benefits
$100,000$150,000 base salary, depending on experience
Production opportunity with percentage negotiable
Established caseload with strong earning potential for experienced producers

About You

The ideal candidate will be a licensed DVM with a strong work ethic and an interest in providing high-quality patient care.

An experienced Doctor who is already comfortable managing a busy caseload would be particularly well suited, although the team is also open to Doctors who are keen to expand their clinical and surgical experience within a supportive environment.

Orthopedic surgery experience would be an advantage but is not essential.
