    Audit Manager – A&A Practice Opportunity

    Join a growing CPA firm as an Audit Manager focused on A&A engagements, including reviews and compilations.

    We are partnering with a respected CPA firm that is seeking an experienced Audit Manager to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a CPA professional who enjoys client relationships, leading engagements, and playing an important role in the continued growth of an accounting practice.

    The ideal candidate will have strong experience with reviews, compilations, and other accounting advisory engagements and be comfortable managing client relationships from start to finish.

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage and oversee A&A engagements, including reviews and compilations
    • Serve as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for clients
    • Plan, execute, and complete engagements while maintaining high-quality standards
    • Review financial statements and related workpapers
    • Mentor and develop staff members
    • Identify opportunities to improve client processes and provide value-added recommendations
    • Assist with firm initiatives and continued practice growth

    Qualifications:

    • CPA license preferred
    • 5+ years of public accounting experience
    • Strong experience with reviews, compilations, and accounting advisory engagements
    • Ability to manage multiple client engagements and deadlines
    • Excellent communication and client relationship skills
    • Experience supervising and mentoring staff
