Automotive Sales Representative

Job Summary:North End Motors, a used vehicle dealership in Canton, Massachusetts, with over 275 units in stock, is seeking a results-driven Automotive Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and generating sales for our dealership. This is a Full Time position with a base salary of $800 a week plus commission structure, offering a potential monthly income of $4,000 to $10,000.Compensation & Benefits:- Base salary ($800 per week) plus commission and bonus- Weekly pay- Comprehensive benefits package- Opportunities for growth and advancement within the company. We believe in promoting from within the company.- Family-owned and operated business with a positive and supportive work cultureResponsibilities:- Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner- Understand and demonstrate knowledge of all vehicle models and features- Conduct vehicle walk-around and test drives with customers- Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure repeat business- Effectively communicate with customers throughout the sale process- Complete sales transactions and paperwork accurately- Reach and exceed sales targets and goals- Attend sales meetings and training sessionsRequirements:- Prior sales experience in the automotive industry preferred but not required- Strong customer service and communication skills- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills- Proficient with technology and computer systems- Valid driver's license and clean driving record- 41 hour work week.
