This is not a traditional floor sales position.

As an Automotive Sales Representative, you won’t spend your day standing around hoping someone walks through the door.

You create the action.

You’ll proactively connect with prospective customers, build relationships, schedule showroom appointments, and guide customers from their first conversation through the vehicle-buying process.

Your day will include:

• Making 100+ quality outbound calls per day
• Working toward 4 scheduled showroom appointments per day
• Connecting with customers by phone, text, email, and live chat
• Consistently following up with prospective customers
• Building and maintaining a strong sales pipeline
• Using CRM tools to track leads, conversations, and follow-ups
• Using word tracks and sales tools to improve your performance
• Recording personalized customer walk-around videos
• Collaborating with sales and management to move opportunities forward
• Staying organized and making sure customers don’t fall through the cracks

WHO WE WANT

We’re looking for an Automotive Sales Representative who is ambitious, competitive, coachable, disciplined, and comfortable creating their own momentum.

You don’t necessarily need decades of automotive experience.

We’re especially interested in people coming from:

• Automotive BDC or Internet Sales
• High-volume outbound or inside sales
• Freight brokerage
• Telecom or direct sales
• High-intensity retail or hospitality management
• Other sales environments built around prospecting, follow-up, and measurable activity goals

What matters most is whether you can work the phones, follow a process, take coaching, stay organized, handle rejection, and consistently create opportunities.
