Autonomous Vehicle Operations Coordinator. This is a

Pay Range: $75 - $95/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:- Monitor operational dashboards and metrics to identify performance issues and anomalies.
- Investigate fleet readiness, vehicle availability, and shift performance issues.
- Visit depots to troubleshoot operational challenges and drive corrective actions.
- Coordinate with operations teams, engineering, product managers, and external vendors.
- Analyze data using G- Sheets and pivot tables to improve operational efficiency.
- Manage escalations, prioritize tasks, and communicate findings to senior stakeholders.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:- Hands-on experience in physical operations, fleet management, logistics, or transportation.
- Proficiency in G- Sheets or Excel, including pivot tables and data analysis.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle manual operational tasks.
- Preferred: Autonomous vehicle operations experience, vendor management, SQL, and dashboarding tools.
