Aviation Administrative Assistant
Financial Additions is assisting an established aviation company with an Administrative Assistant position. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in administrative support, customer service and is highly professional
This position is in office daily and has great benefits and company culture. Standard hours are 9am-5pm On call coverage could be required at times
What you will do:
Maintain records for aviation department operations, reports and files
Maintain schedules and calendars, meetings, trips and related logistics
Monitor emails, calls and requests
Assists with trip coordination and scheduling workflows
Manage office and desk duties, including phone coverage, visitor support and conference room coordination
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
What qualifications you will bring:
Bachelors Degree preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Power BI is a plus
Aviation scheduling, dispatch, or flight department support preferred
Must be professional, dependable and service oriented
Strong Tenure is required
