Pay Range: $100 - $110/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:- The candidate will oversee the Partner Experiences and Events portfolio, with the role split approximately 60% event execution and 40% general marketing activities.
- Manage the partner experiences and events portfolio across major annual touchpoints.
- Lead event execution and coordinate cross-functional working groups.
- Partner with external event execution agencies
- Provide strategic input and sound judgment on experiential elements, including show flow, catering, and overall event experience.
- Manage project tracking and planning using internal tools, primarily client.
- Support general marketing activities in addition to event execution.
- Travel approximately 10% domestically for events and related activities.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:- 7–10 years of experience in B2B enterprise events.
- Strong preference for candidates with an in-house events/marketing background.
- Experience managing cross-functional working groups.
- Experience working with external event execution agencies.
- Strong event judgment and ability to make decisions around experiential elements such as show flow and catering.
- Experience managing large-scale partner or enterprise events.
- Ability to balance event execution with broader marketing responsibilities.
