Full Job Description

J.Rae's just reopened in Ft. Worth and we are looking for a baker to help with daily baking and help manage back of the house tasks. Duties for the position would include, but are not limited to, baking and icing sugar cookies, baking cheesecakes, baking and icing cupcakes, cakeballs, and any seasonal desserts we add.

Job Requirements and Skills:

• Applicants should have at least one year in a bakery or have recently completed a baking program
  
• Availability in the mornings, weekends, and occasional holidays
  
• The ability to follow a recipe and scale recipes accurately
  
• The ability to ice and pipe sugar cookies, cupcakes and cookie cakes.
  
• Must be capable of standing for long periods of time
  
• Able to lift 25lbs bags of flour, sugar, etc.
  
• Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen / follow end of shift cleaning procedures
  
• Must have current food handlers license
  
• All other necessary duties
