We're looking for dependable, energetic Bakers who take pride in preparing great food and delivering exceptional customer service.
As a Baker, you'll do much more than bake. You'll help prepare our fresh, made-from-scratch kolaches, provide outstanding service to our guests, and work alongside a supportive team to create an exceptional experience every day.
What You'll Do
As a Baker, you'll perform both baking and cashier responsibilities, including:
- Prepare and bake fresh kolaches, pastries, and other bakery items following company recipes and standards.
- Prepare fillings, glazes, coffee, and other products for daily service.
- Maintain product quality, freshness, and presentation throughout the day.
- Greet every guest with a friendly smile and provide excellent customer service.
- Accurately take customer orders, operate the register, and handle cash and credit card transactions.
- Restock products and supplies as needed.
- Keep the bakery, kitchen, dining room, and workstations clean, organized, and sanitary.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures.
- Work as part of a team to ensure every customer has a great experience.
What We're Looking For
- Dependable with excellent attendance

- Ability to multitask and work well with others
- Willingness to learn and follow recipes and procedures
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Prior baking, restaurant, or customer service experience is a plus-but we'll train the right person!
Schedule Requirements
- Early morning availability (starting as early as 3:00 AM)
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and/or Sunday)
- Full-Time and Part-Time opportunities available
