Drybar Vernon Hills is looking for a friendly, outgoing, and energetic Front Desk Receptionist/Bartender to join our growing team! As the first face our clients see, you'll play a huge role in creating a welcoming and memorable experience from the moment they walk through our doors.

We're looking for someone who loves connecting with people, has a passion for beauty, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and brings positive energy to every shift. From greeting clients and managing appointments to helping with memberships and retail, you'll be an essential part of keeping our salon running smoothly.

Responsibilities:

• Create a warm, welcoming, and positive experience for every client from the moment they walk through the door

• Greet clients, manage check-ins and check-outs, and assist with appointments using Booker

• Answer phone calls, respond to voicemails, and assist clients with scheduling questions and service inquiries

• Manage client profiles, review appointment notes, and help provide a personalized experience for every guest

• Process payments, tips, and transactions accurately and professionally

• Confidently recommend and promote Drybar products, styling tools, memberships, and services

• Educate clients on membership benefits, promotions, and retail products

• Work closely with stylists and management to ensure smooth salon operations and a positive team environment

• Handle client questions, concerns, and feedback with patience, professionalism, and a solution-focused attitude

• Support daily opening and closing procedures to keep the salon running efficiently

• Bring positive energy, teamwork, and a can-do attitude to every shift!
