BAS Outside Sales Engineer - Miami Lakes, FL - HVAC & Controls CompanyPOSITION: - BAS Outside Sales Engineer
LOCATION:IDEAL CANDIDATE- 1–5 years of relevant BAS Controls experience
- Must have minimum 1 year Sales experience
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Team player, outgoing and self-motivated
RESPONSIBILITIES:- Prior experience as an HVAC/Controls Technician is a plus
- Fundamental understanding of installation and testing of BAS systems
- Well versed in the Controls/BAS Industry
- Strong ability to sell Controls services
- Put together submittal packages, prepare bids for clients
- Establish contact with prospects and qualify potential buyers of control service work
- Retain ongoing relationships with companies’ current clients and grow new business in controls service work
- Responsible for achieving sales goal
- Determine customer needs and develop a sales strategy to gain customer understanding of offerings
- Travel to service areas to meet clients
