LOCATION:RESPONSIBILITIES:- Prior experience in as a Sales Team Leadership position or similar role.
- Responsible for guiding a team to achieve sales goals for the fiscal year
- Establish and hold accountability for the team’s annual operational goals as well as annual budgets and success.
- Manage and coach team members to help them achieve their goals
- Delegate and assign account responsibility, leads and other opportunities to team members
- Conduct performance and sales reviews with team members
- Responsible for understanding the CRM system tools
- Assist in helping sales personal resolve customer issues or problems
- Maintain and uphold the representation of the company by gathering clients perceptions and feedback
