In this role, you will play a vital part in our Behavioral Health team, managing clerical tasks to prepare patients for their visits and ensuring a smooth experience from start to finish. Your responsibilities will include answering phones, scheduling appointments, preparing medical charts, gathering third-party payment information, recording charges, collecting fees, and performing additional assigned duties. The ideal candidate will be someone who enjoys working with people, is passionate about supporting patients in their healthcare journey, and is committed to fostering a positive environment for both staff and patients.

Loan Repayment Opportunities

Many Arcare locations serve medically underserved communities. Eligible clinical team members may qualify for federal loan repayment programs through HRSA, including the National Health Service Corps Loan Repayment Program and the Nurse Corps Loan Repayment Program. Eligibility and award approval are determined by HRSA based on role, location, discipline, and program requirements.
