We are seeking motivated, service-oriented individuals to join our remote team. This opportunity is ideal for someone with strong communication skills who enjoys helping others and wants to build a long-term career. All interactions are with union members who have requested information, so no cold calling or prospecting is required. Complete training, onboarding, and ongoing mentorship are provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Schedule and conduct virtual appointments with members who have requested information
• Explain available coverage options and eligibility requirements through video conferencing
• Assist members with applications and required documentation
• Complete quality-control follow-ups and maintain accurate records
• Develop leadership skills through optional training and team-development sessions

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable using basic computer programs and virtual meeting platforms
