Bilingual Collections Specialist

We are hiring for a Bilingual Spanish Collection Specialist for a full time role in Winston Salem

Job Summary
We need a Bilingual Collections Specialist to help customers in both English and Spanish. You will call customers about late payments, negotiate payment plans, and solve billing problems. Your goal is to recover past-due money while keeping a good relationship with our customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Make phone calls: Call customers to talk about late payments and offer solutions.
• Speak two languages: Speak, read, and write clearly in both English and Spanish.
• Make payment plans: Help customers set up realistic payment schedules based on what they can afford.
• Keep notes: Write down all call details in our computer system.
• Follow the law: Obey all local and national debt collection laws.

Qualifications

• Language: Fluent in English and Spanish (Native or bilingual proficiency).
• Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience in collections, customer service, or a call center.
• Skills: Good at talking on the phone, solving problems, and using a computer.
