We're hiring a Bilingual Customer Service / Entry-Level Sales Representative for a metal supply company!

This is primarily a customer service and order-processing position with some sales responsibilities. You'll help customers find the right products, answer questions, and process orders.

What You'll Do:

• Answer questions about products, pricing, and availability
• Process orders and prepare customer quotes
• Assist walk-in customers and handle phone and online orders
• Recommend products based on customer needs
• Enter information accurately into computer systems
• Coordinate with warehouse and delivery teams

What We're Looking For:

• Bilingual English/Spanish required
• 1+ year of customer service, retail, or sales experience
• Strong communication, computer, and basic math skills
• Friendly, organized, and detail-oriented
• Willingness to learn new products and systems

No metal industry experience required. Training provided!
