About the Position Ampronix is seeking a Bilingual International Sales Coordinator to support our growing International Sales team.

This is a hands-on sales support and customer service role working with customers, distributors, and internal teams. The position will manage customer inquiries, sales orders, follow-up, CRM updates, shipping coordination, and other activities that support international sales. Fluency in Spanish and English, written and verbal, is required.

Key Responsibilities

Support the International Sales team with daily sales activities. Communicate with customers, distributors, and business partners. Process sales orders, quotations, and customer requests. Track orders and coordinate shipments and delivery. Maintain accurate customer and sales information in CRM. Follow up with customers and sales leads. Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Purchasing, Service, and Marketing. Assist with international shipping and documentation. Support customer retention and business development activities.

Qualifications

2+ years of sales administration, sales support, or customer service experience. Fluent in English and Spanish - written and verbal. Strong communication and customer service skills. Highly organized with excellent attention to detail. Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. International sales, shipping/logistics, or medical device experience is a plus.
