Bilingual Medical Assistant - Brooklyn
- Pay: Starting at $25.00 (DOE) + Overtime
- Schedule: Monday Friday
- Shift Length: 8.5 hour shift between office hours of 7:30 AM 6:00 PM

Job Summary:
Medical Assistant position supporting a urology practice within New York Health. Role focuses on patient intake, clinical support, diagnostic testing, and assisting providers in a fast-paced outpatient setting. Bilingual English/Russian required.
- Manage patient intake and accurately document patient information
- Collect and process laboratory specimens, including venipuncture
- Record patient vital signs
- Prepare patients for examinations and procedures
- Perform EKGs and point-of-care testing
Qualifications
- BLS certification required
- 1+ year of Medical Assistant or outpatient clinical experience
- Experience working with electronic medical records (EMR)
- Understanding of infection control and PPE protocols
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy clinical environment
