Bilingual Medical Receptionist

LHH is hiring a Bilingual (Spanish) Medical Receptionist for our client in the South Loop! This is a temporary to hire position, starting ASAP. Candidates with fluency in English/Spanish and 1 year of medical experience are encouraged to apply!

• Hiring method: Contract to Hire

• Location: 100% onsite (in-person) in the South Loop

• Hours:

• Monday - Thursday, 8AM-5PM (1 night per week until 7PM)

• Saturday, 8AM-1PM

• Off on Friday's

• Hourly pay rate: $20/hour

Responsibilities include,

• Greeting incoming patients, performing check-in duties
• Verifying insurance information, demographics
• Scheduling future or follow up appointments
• Distributing and collecting any forms for patients, including HIPAA notices, financial-related documents, or others
• Directing patients to waiting areas/departments

Qualifications:

• 1 or more years of experience in medical office
• Fluency in English and Spanish languages required
• High school diploma or GED
• Proven track record of reliable attendance and punctuality
• Must be patient about patient care and providing friendly, accommodating service to patients
