Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for visitors, phone calls, and general office inquiries.
Manage calendars, correspondence, data tracking, and electronic files using Microsoft Office.
Respond to client communications professionally and promptly.
Prepare and assemble product sample kits for distribution.
Coordinate outgoing shipments and driver dispatch activities.
Receive, track, and distribute incoming mail and packages.
Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
Qualifications:
3+ years of office and administrative support experience
Bilingual in Spanish required
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to thrive in a collaborative, small-team environment.
Professional, dependable, and proactive attitude.
Job Details:
Schedule: Onsite, Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm
Employment Type: Contract to hire
Compensation: $23-26/hr.
Location: Arlington, TX 76011
