Bilingual Payroll Coordinator

Work Type: Full Time, Onsite, Contract to Hire

Compensation: $27-30/hr

Responsibilities

• Process weekly and/or bi-weekly payroll accurately and on time.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations, including taxes, deductions, and wage adjustments.
• Serve as backup to the Payroll Manager and assist with day-to-day payroll operations.
• Support payroll system implementation, testing, and process improvements, including the transition to Oracle Fusion.
• Review payroll data, resolve discrepancies, and maintain payroll reports and spreadsheets.
• Assist with payroll-related accounting functions, including general ledger reporting and reconciliations.
• Partner with leadership and accounting teams to improve payroll processes and efficiencies.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of payroll processing experience with strong end-to-end payroll knowledge.
• Strong understanding of payroll taxes, compliance, and regulations.
• Certified Payroll experience strongly preferred.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs.
• Experience with payroll reporting, reconciliations, and related accounting functions.
• Oracle Fusion experience is a plus, but not required.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle confidential payroll information

Pay Details: $27.00 to $30.00 per hour
