Bilingual Receptionist
We are seeking a professional, polished, and customer-focused Bilingual Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and guests. Key Responsibilities
- Greet clients, visitors, and guests, directing them to the appropriate staff member or meeting location.
- Answer, screen, and route incoming phone calls while taking accurate messages and scheduling appointments.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and uphold the firm's standards for client service and privacy.
- Receive and distribute incoming mail, packages, legal documents, and courier deliveries.
- Coordinate pickup and delivery of office documents, ensuring timely and secure handling.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area and conference rooms.
- Assist with office opening and closing procedures.
- Support office operations, including ordering and maintaining office supplies.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers regarding maintenance, deliveries, and equipment needs.
- Assist with general administrative and office support tasks as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
- Professional appearance and demeanor suitable for a law firm environment.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency with basic office technology, including phones, email, and Microsoft Office.
- Previous receptionist, administrative, customer service, or front desk experience is a plus, but not required.
