We are seeking a Bilingual Spanish, HR Generalist in the city of La Palma.

Pay: $80,000–$85,000 annually

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced, Bilingual Spanish, HR Generalist with 5+ years of human resources experience to support daily HR operations. The ideal candidate will have strong employee relations skills, payroll experience using Paycom, and the ability to communicate effectively with employees and management in both English and Spanish.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage employee relations, address workplace concerns, and assist with conflict resolution.
• Administer payroll processes using Paycom, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, new-hire orientation, and offboarding.
• Maintain employee files, HR records, and personnel documentation.
• Assist with benefits administration, attendance tracking, and leave management.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
• Support performance management, disciplinary actions, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Provide HR guidance and respond to employee questions and concerns.
• Assist with HR reporting, audits, and policy implementation.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years of HR Generalist experience.
• Bilingual Spanish/English required.
• Strong employee relations and conflict-resolution skills.
• Hands-on payroll experience with Paycom required.
• Knowledge of California employment laws and HR best practices.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally.

Education

Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration or related field.
