Integrity Trade Services is hiring a Bilingual Staffing Recruiter to start IMMEDIATELY at $50,000.00/yr plus commission. Receive comprehensive benefits through ITS upon hire!
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with branch manager and/or clients to understand staffing needs and job specifications
- Source candidates through networking, job sites, and career fairs
- Screen resumes, conduct phone/in-person interviews, and perform assessments
- Administer reference/background checks and pre-employment testing
- Coordinate placements and onboarding; provide guidance to field staff and follow up with clients
Qualifications- Experience with full-cycle recruitment (sourcing through onboarding)
- Ability to make independent hiring decisions or recommendations to clients
- Experience administering screenings, reference checks, and background checks
- Familiarity with completing I-9 requirements in a timely manner
- Comfort using an ATS (Avionte system) for accurate, prompt data entry
Skills- Communication (verbal and written) with candidates, clients, and field staff
- Organization and planning to meet recruiting goals and objectives
- Professional judgment for hiring decisions and assignment outcomes
- Friendly, courteous, and helpful demeanor (including welcoming phone/visitor interactions)
- Adaptability, dependability, and strong discretion/confidentiality
