Description
Join our dynamic team in a full-time role based in Los Angeles, CA. 
As a Billing Coordinator, you will manage billing operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. 
This position requires experience in accounting and proficiency with spreadsheet software.

Key Responsibilities
Manage billing processes, coordinating with managers to ensure accurate job information entry.
Audit and resolve discrepancies in billing, ensuring timely invoicing and collections.
Generate and review invoices, handling any necessary revisions or specialized calculations.
Assist in onboarding new talent, managing documentation and system setup.
Support month-end closing processes and assist with tax document preparation.

Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance.
3-5 years of billing experience.
2 years of experience with a general ledger system.
Proficiency with spreadsheet software.
Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
