What You'll Do
Conduct functional behavior assessments and contribute to individualized treatment planning
Collaborate closely with BCBAs for mentorship, clinical oversight, and case management
Supervise and train Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
Partner with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary professionals to ensure coordinated care
Implement and oversee ABA programs across clinic, home, and school settings
Monitor client progress and make data-driven adjustments using our online data platform
What You Bring
Active BCaBA certification
Experience in clinic, home, and/or school-based ABA services - preferred (not required)
Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team
Medicaid and Tricare credentialing is a plus
Compensation & Benefits
$60,000+ annual compensation, including performance-based bonuses
$2,000 sign-on bonus, paid at 3 and 6 months
$1,500 CEU reimbursement, including conference travel expenses
Ongoing supervision and mentorship from experienced BCBAs
Mileage reimbursement for travel between service locations
