We are hiring a passionate and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a collaborative and child-centered ABA therapy team in Colorado Springs, CO. Therapy sessions are center-based, in-home, or community-based—always conducted Monday through Friday during standard business hours to preserve your evenings and weekends. You'll have the flexibility to apply your clinical style within a supportive structure that emphasizes individualized care, functional outcomes, and family involvement.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
Provide clinical supervision to RBTs and other clinical staff.
Mentor and guide new BCBAs.
Maintain regular communication with families and ensure client goals are being met.
Foster a safe, inclusive, and collaborative environment for team members and clients.
Ensure all services align with trauma-informed care and evidence-based practices.
Qualifications
Active BCBA certification in good standing.
Meets BACB supervision standards.
Experience working with children ages 2–20 with developmental disabilities or behavioral challenges.
Familiarity with assessment tools such as VB-MAPP, ABLLS, AFLS, and Vineland preferred.
Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrates leadership, empathy, and alignment with ethical, child-focused values.
Additional Requirements
Must pass both national and local background checks.
Valid driver’s license required.
Comfortable with basic computer tasks and programs (MS Word, Excel, Outlook).

Salary: $80,000 – $90,000 per year (based on experience)
Monthly Bonus: $200–$800 based on billable hours
