Job Family Group Description- Sales:This Job Family Group combines all positions within the different sales channels: retail, wholesale and e-commerce. Also includes all activities to support store management.

Speciality Description- Client Advisor:Advises our customers during the buying journey. Presents the collection using brand standards. Follows company values as the visible face of the brand. Contributes to reaching sales targets and enhances customer satisfaction. There are specific Jewelry Client Advisor Job Profiles for roles selling jewelry and watches.

Job Description

How you will contribute:

• Curate the collection with a personalized approach
• Goal oriented, improves KPIs and effectively closes sales
• Keep the stock tidy, knows and monitors stock deliveries and availabilities
• Build strong and long-term relationship with clients
