Position Overview

High Seas is seeking a polished, professional Receptionist to serve as the welcoming face of our boutique cannabis retail store. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment while delivering elevated, high-end customer service. You will be the first point of contact for discerning clients, ensuring every interaction reflects the refined, premium experience High Seas is known for.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with warmth, professionalism, and a high-end service touch
• Manage front-desk operations including check-ins, appointments, and visitor flow
• Perform accurate data entry and maintain customer records in our POS/CRM systems
• Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and direct guests appropriately
• Multitask effectively in a high-volume retail setting while maintaining composure and attention to detail
• Support daily administrative tasks and coordinate with the sales and operations teams
• Uphold store standards for cleanliness, presentation, and client privacy

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience communicating effectively with customers in a retail, hospitality, or service environment
• Comfortable and proficient using computers, POS systems, and basic office software
• Strong accurate data-entry skills with excellent attention to detail
• Demonstrated ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Commitment to delivering refined, high-end customer service
