Duration: 6 Month Contract

Customer service and warehouse processes. Receiving and counting inventory

Summary:

• Work through multiple service channels to provide a high level of customer service.
• Navigate customers to solutions that help them complete their tasks.
• Drive sales growth by identifying leads for further selling opportunities with every customer.
• Work Hours: Monday thru Friday, 4 - 5 hours per day

Responsibilities:

• Consistently deliver exceptional customer service as defined in the company Service Promise.
• Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide suitable solutions.
• Identify and act on sales opportunities to promote business growth.
• Assist with customer service and warehouse processes, including receiving and counting inventory.
