BRIO Fitness Training Specialist

What You’ll Do
- Lead engaging small-group training sessions
- Partner with physical therapists to create a seamless transition from rehab to fitness
- Build individualized programs that meet clients where they are and take them further
- Motivate, educate, and build lasting relationships with clients
- Keep schedules and client records organized
- Ensure a smooth, professional experience from the first session to create long-term success
What We’re Looking For
- Background in exercise science, kinesiology, or personal training (preferred)
- Experience with physical therapy, older adults, or special populations is a plus
- Strong communicator who can connect, motivate, and lead with confidence
- A coach who brings energy, motivation, and accountability
- A strong personal desire to learn and grow professionally
