What You'll Do:

As a Broiler Cook at Kayne Prime, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional dining experiences through mastery of your station. You’ll prepare and execute dishes with precision, consistency, and speed while upholding the highest standards of hospitality, professionalism, and teamwork.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Cooking menu items to exact recipe and quality standards, including special dietary needs
• Properly stocking, setting up, and maintaining your station throughout the shift
• Ensuring plate presentation meets M Street’s standards before sending to expo
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and sanitized work environment at all times
• Following food safety guidelines and proper labeling/storage procedures
• Collaborating with the culinary team to support smooth, efficient service
• Delivering pace, accuracy, and consistency under pressure
• Contributing to opening, running, and closing duties with precision
• Supporting, mentoring, and communicating effectively with teammates and leadership

What We're Looking For:

• 1–3 years of prior broiler or line cook experience preferred
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and pride in your craft
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods of time
• Effective communicator with a collaborative, team-first mindset
• Highly organized, dependable, and receptive to feedback
• Growth-oriented attitude with a passion for continuous improvement
