Woodgrove Solutions, LLC (Woodgrove) is seeking a Budget/Financial Manager to support commercial and federal government clients.The Financial Manager will:Possess understanding of financial management from a process perspective: Budget, Forecasting, Accruals, PR/PO ManagementPossess Data Analytics skills - ability to create models/macros and pivots for financial analysisPossess Data Automation skillsBe a good communicatorUnderstanding of DON PPBE process a plusRequired Qualifications, Education, and Experience:Bachelor's Degree in Data Science, Business, Management, Math, Accounting, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent technical fieldsUS Citizenship required5 years experience supporting financial management processes from a Budget, Forecasting, Accruals, PR/PO Management perspectiveExperience and high proficiency with MS Office including Word, Excel (pivot tables, formulas, etc.), Teams, PowerPointDesired Qualifications:Experience in data mining/analysis and using databases in a business environment with large-scale, complex datasetsStrong critical thinking and analysis, planning and problem-solving skills, and ability to assimilateStrong organizational skills and ability to handle a fluctuating workload and multiple prioritiesDeliver on commitments and be reliable, highly organized and structured, risk-sensitive, agile, and creativeAbility to forge and maintain good relationships both internally and with the customer and able to work well as part of a team
