JOB DESCRIPTION:
Job Summary
The Business Analyst partners with business stakeholders and technical teams to identify business needs, analyze processes, gather requirements, and support the delivery of solutions that improve business performance and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
Facilitate meetings and workshops with stakeholders to understand business needs.
Develop process flows, user stories, and requirements documentation.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization.
Collaborate with project, development, and testing teams to ensure successful solution delivery.
Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and issue resolution.
Communicate project status, risks, and requirements changes to stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
3 years of Business Analyst experience.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Experience with requirements gathering, process mapping, and stakeholder management.
Familiarity with Agile and/or Waterfall project methodologies.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Preferred Skills

Experience with OutSystems low-code platform, including requirements analysis, solution design support, and collaboration with OutSystems development teams.
Experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar project management tools.
